Warranty & Return Tags
A warranty return tag must be attached
to an item when sending it back for credit, whether it is for a
warranty item or a stock return. Fill the tag out completely and
make sure that one of our team members signs and dates the top
copy for your records. This is your receipt!
We track your credit by the number
on your tag. Grand Rapids, Holland, Muskegon and Kalamazoo returns
are all processed in Muskegon, which means it is essential that we
have complete information in order to track these items and make
sure the proper item is credited to the proper account in a timely
